CA Vivek Saraogi 2024-2025

Vivek Saraogi is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the UK. As a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Vivek brings a unique blend of expertise and international perspective to his practice.

Vivek is the founder and principal of VSPC, a reputable Chartered Accountancy firm registered with ICAEW. VSPC provides comprehensive accounting, tax, audit, and advisory services to a diverse client base across UK, Europe and Middle East. The firm also possesses significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions.

Beyond his professional practice, Vivek is deeply engaged in the accounting community. He served as the Chair of the ICAI UK Chapter from 2024 to 2025, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among finance professionals.

Vivek has a keen interest in serving societies of Indian origin based in the UK. He is a life member of Bhawan, The Home of Indian Arts in the UK.

With a commitment to excellence and a wealth of experience, Vivek continues to make significant contributions to the profession in the UK, Europe, and India.

CA. Krishna Prasad Dahal 2022-2024


Mr. Dahal has served successfully as Chair of The UK Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from April 2022 to March 2024 for two years.

Mr. Dahal is working as a managing partner in an established audit practice firm in London, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned leader in the field with over 25 years of experience.

Mr. Dahal has provided audit and advisory services to clients spanning a diverse range of industries and advises companies across the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, and South Asia.

CA. Ajay Kumar 2019-2022

CA Ajay Kumar is a senior banking professional with more than 25 years of work experience gained in Banking and professional services. He is managing Global Trade Operations- Transformation and Data Strategy in City Bank, London.

Ajaykumar is Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), qualified management accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and also qualified members of The Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India. He is a qualified member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and hold MBA degree from Indian Institute of Business Management, Magadh University.

Ajay has a keen interest in volunteering as volunteer in Junior Achievement Ireland, Habitat for Humanity India, Junior Achievement Singapore & business mentor in Big Issue Invest.

Ajay holds a honorary position on the Rajasthan Association UK and support the community in the various ways.

CA. Ajay Kumar Agrawal 2010-2019

Ajay Agrawal is a partner and founder of Rel Integral Accounting and Auditing limited, chartered certified accountants, auditors, and business advisors firm. He has more than 20 years of experience and is currently serving a large number of clients ranging from small to medium to large corporates including start-ups. Ajay's clients come from various industries but not limited to IT, Pharma, oil, insurance, real estate, film production, medical, leisure, food, education, charity etc. Ajay has ongoing and working relations with various trade bodies, banks, financial services firms, private equity/venture capital funds, and high net worth individuals. Ajay is also a member of various business clubs across London.

Ajay served as a chairman of the UK Chapter from 2010 to 2019 and developed recognition of the Chapter across UK and internationally. Established a great working relation for the chapter with Parent Institute including various UK trade bodies, banks, chapters of other professional bodies, MPs, Lords, High Commission of India in UK and various influential individual across UK and internationally. During the period of his engagement with the Chapter, he managed to grow the Chapter from 30 -40 members to approximate 600 members.

CA. Surinder Kaul 2001- 2010

CA. Surinder Kaul is the founder Chairman of ICAI UK Chapter which was opened in 2001. In a significant achievement, he was voted and elected to Central Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 2003 for a four year term. He is the first Asian member to be elected to the body in its 125 years history.
